The list of to-do items is organized in a tree view. It can be used for personal as well as business use easily. To manage the tasks well the user can set priority levels to each of these tasks, set a task type, due date and reminders. Sort the tasks, as required by priority, subject, due date or the type. Batch modification of the properties of tasks also is possible.

Reminders normally beep three times when the time comes. You have the option of asking it to remind you again in a few minutes. There are other options too. Drag & drop functionality helps you bring in tasks fro other lists or even to drag a complete list. Find an item through the search functionality provided. If you want to remove the unfinished tasks at the end of the day you can do that too. It can be minimized to the systemtray and be present all the time. Use global hotkeys for faster operation.

Overall: Nice set of functionality. But do you need it when you have invested in the Outlook already! That`s not a major question as this one is free and you could choose to use whatever feels easy to use.
